Its make sense the game wont be fully hard scifi, because space fuel gonna make players frustrated, the cold and hot planet gonna be annoying, and so they have so much lines because of persuade huh, it is gonna be randomize or there a hint like Oblivion with npc expression.
Or its need our knowledge about npc like that pirate we should not use intimidate dialogue if we dont want to fight them, we need to play along with what they want if we want to be friendly, interesting its could make it natural
