Halloween Ends Review

Halloween Ends debuts in theaters and on Peacock on Oct. 14. Review by Tom Jorgensen.

Halloween Ends concludes the Myers/Strode rematch trilogy with an formidable, if considerably confused, ultimate chapter. Despite dialed-in performances from Jamie Lee Curtis and franchise newcomer Rohan Campbell, David Gordon Green’s bigger exploration of evil and trauma expands on the dialog he began in Halloween 2018 and Halloween Kills at a charge that Ends doesn’t fairly have time to maintain up with. There are some memorable kills and reverence for the franchise at giant, but it surely stumbles because it brings it to an in depth.

  1. Well let's hope this one is better than Halloween Kills cause damn that one was baaaad. Michael and the kills were the best part of that whole movie. Here's to hoping 🙏

  2. This film sounds like it is guaranteed to bomb at the box office, which is very sad considering what this film franchise historically represents, and the generous amount of time they had to prepare and get this film right.

Unfortunately, it sounds like they failed, and failed miserably.
