how about the guns of Receiver and/or Receiver 2?
Receiver 2 would be an interesting look for Johnathan I think.
Wow, did you know:
The robots are human and one of them is protagonist's wife.
Did asXas make all these weapons, they are covered in blue tape.
3:53 Perhaps the thing hanging off the back where the mag release should be is a sort of extended lever to more easily use the mag release. it even works with the extended mag because the mag blocks you from accidently pulling on it. I never knew how awkward the mag release of a makarov was.
Well now we really need Jonathan to look at the guns from the Bioshock games.
Can we see blackops zombies weapons in the near future, ray gun, thundergun etc
23rd week pushing for a Titanfall 2, Resistance or Darkwatch episode.
Blue tape is a necessity, so your weapon won't break apart, like the Union
I think Dominator is supposed to be machine gun used in small aviation, it resembles some of the models from MI helicopters to me
Oh god there’s no animation for the pistol slide
Doesn't the Russian kornet spin though. I thought the purpose of a spinning rocket was to make it more maneuverable. Probably not that simple though 😅
Should have shown Jonathan the dancing robot twins just to get his thoughts and or possibly scar him.
The like the cUKc seeing as civilians can't even own these guns
You guys should check out the guns of Generation Zero. Its a shooter set in 1980’s Sweden with similar robot invasion retrofuture vibes
i'm a game developer, and i think it's a bit weird to make comparisons between a real life gun and the corresponding one on a game because designers must do several compromises and the end result is almost always very different than the original.
Jon: no reason for a missile to spin.
Rolling airframe missile: am I a joke to you?
Poor Johnny having to look at cursed guns 🥲🥲🥲🥲
Can we get a look at 7 days to die’s guns? They’re just DIY enough to deserve a look in my opinion
I'm just waiting for the day when Jonathan reviews a game with a plasma, laser, or some kind of energy weapon and just pulls one out of the armory.
One thing to keep in mind with the jank of the upgrades is that the machine that does it is not acting right, so it churns out some weird stuff.
Id love a look at GTFO's guns
would love to see a video on the Army of Two games!
Same guns in every video. What's the point
2:10 we see the character push the heal release, pull the mag out a little, then Wick flicks it, just as Jonathan is saying it can not be do.
I feel a great disturbance in the Farce, like a million Twitter tyrants just screeched out in vain outrage
10:03 yeah she said that too
If you could pick up a robot through telekinesis I’m assuming u could also do a one handed AK reload
It'd make my day to see an episode devoted to the firearms of the game "The Division 2"!
The rocket launcher might take inspiration from starstreak missiles. 3 missiles in 1 package
Suggestion: Jurassic Park Trespasser.
Is a game that not everyone knows, and has some interesting choices of weaponry. It also has mods that add more guns to the engine itself. I’d like to see a professional’s take on how accurate the firearms are.
Please do boundaries next
I would love to see some weapons from the Deus Ex franchise. Especially the Deus Ex Human Revolution revolver.
Fin-stabilized rockets like those of the RPG-7 will corkscrew through the air if one of the fins fails to deploy. Typically this ends when the rocket hits the ground or some other convenient obstacle. Sometimes it will explode, sometimes it will skip-off, go flying in some random direction and then explode and sometime it will stick-in and become a UXO.
I wanna see Johnathan react to the weapons in warframe
The problem with games is they want you to see moving parts so they slow fire rate into something of fantasy
Jonathan – the bit with the missile at the end spiralling around in a corkscrew, that IS an accurate real world thing that many first-generation guided missiles did, it's called Beam Riding and is to do with the limitations of early guidance systems which relied on the launcher providing a guidance beam for the missile to follow.
A beam (laser or radar) on the launcher illuminates the target and the missile corrects its course repeatedly to stay within a "cone" around that beam. It has to spiral because if it travels straight, it will block the path of the beam that it is being guided by! There are videos out there of real beam-riding missiles and this is exactly how they fly!
Every soviet man and woman know that blue tape makes everything work better. It's the WD-40 of the comblock.
i know you've done cursed weapons for Jonathan in Tarkov and Call of Duty but you should do Army of Two: The 40th day, make sure you show him the gold plated grenade launcher with under barrel shotgun attachment as well as the diamond encrusted frag grenades
At 2:10 the protagonist does appear to press the heel release, pull the mag halfway out and then flick it out, for some reason.
Would love to see Jonathan covering games' easter eggs, like weapons from COD zombie or borderlands which have names that are referencing something.
